i hate checking my voicemail. anyone whos tried calling me lately and ended up going to voicemail should has noticed that in fact my voicemail is utterly broken. its been that way for months. the universe answering my silent “ugh not another voicemail” grievances.
well, lazy technology-savy bastards of the world can rejoice…
grandcentral is a service by google that lets you control your phones thru the web. you can screen calls online. check and manage your voicemail online. you can listen to their message as they leave it (kinda like oldschool answering machines call screening!) and thats just the tip of the iceberg… its in beta now but you can reserve a number for free. check it out: http://www.grandcentral.com/
